After many days of planning and a lot of rescheduling, finally, our desire of traveling to Hong Kong is no more a sketch. We’re six best friends more like sisters planned to travel together but only the three of us were able to fly. Our other three bff’s didn’t get to join us because of minor issues about some papers so we decided to just include them in the next incoming travels and to settle their papers first to avoid getting offloaded at the airport. We don’t want to happen that because you know how it feels when everything is already prepared — flights and hotel rooms are already booked, itineraries fixed, and clothes and essentials are already packed in the luggage but then you got offloaded. Ahhhhhh that would be the worst nightmare we don’t wanna happen, EVER.
Okay, so this blog and other posts about HK is more like a photo album of an 18-year-old wanderlust! Photos are randomly uploaded. Have fun viewing! ❤️
Our messy room in Manila before we flew to HK! My besties always turn the air conditioner to the maximum level every morning huhu omg actually I am the one suffering haha shout out to these two peeps! XD
Hong Kong Airport was very huge and I can’t avoid to compare it to our airport that we have here because it is very tidy there and they have trains inside to get you to different gates which we don’t have here plus the security in HKA is very strict.
I remember myself being asked by an immigration officer a random question but I answered the wrong detail because I was nervous, haha and fortunately he didn’t seem to notice it lol wew thank heavens.
We were picked up at the airport at around 8:00 p.m. just in time when we arrived.
This is where we stayed at throughout the entire days of traveling.
A cute pink mini cooper will welcome you when you reach the lobby of the hotel. 🙂 I miss this one. A lot of people every day are checking in and out in this hotel. I think the peak hours here are during early morning and late nights.
A look of our room! The center bed is mine, left bed Camille and right bed Janine. It is extremely comfortable sleeping here! I love how fluffy the pillows are. Plus the bed feels like a marshmallow lol. And as usual, they always set the air conditioner to the max hahaha XD
Left picture is in Aberdeen and right is in Avenue of Stars.
Jumbo Kingdom Floating Restaurant at Shum Wan Pier Dr, Aberdeen. It is not in our itinerary so we did not actually go there. We’re just looking at it from afar as seen in the first picture.
The photo below is from Google. I wanna show you how big and grand it is.
The two photos above were taken from The Avenue of Stars! 🙂
The Iconic Clock Tower! 🙂
I never paid attention to this dome until I saw it on the internet that this is a space museum. OMG hope I discovered this before. Maybe we tried visiting inside.
PARK NEAR THE MTR. Forgot the name of the exact place.
Strolling down the street and trying to pose for a magazine cover. LOL
Lots of street foods in Hong Kong! This is a must try I tell you. Don’t ever leave HK without eating one. Huhu wish I tried everything. 😦
We stopped to watch this old man painting a Chinese character I’m not sure though. But based on what we saw it’s like a word. I don’t know lol but tourists and locals stopped walking and watch this man paint too.
Aaaaaand, that’s it! I have a lot of pictures from our trip but I only chose few to upload because it’s so arduous for me to edit every single photo. But I uploaded some pictures from our trip in:
TRICK EYE MUSEUM
PO LIN MONASTERY
You can view them on the “Travel” menu and choose what you want to read on the list.
Thank you so much for your time! I love you.
